Each year, thousands of visitors gather to see artists from Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan counties compete for more than $8,000 in prizes and awards, as well as to purchase the artists’ works. This year, the Toledo Area Artists exhibition also welcomes delegates and artistic selections from Toledo’s sister city, Toyohashi, Japan. This exhibition is co-organized by the Toledo Museum of Art and the Toledo Federation of Art Societies. It is sponsored by Sky Bank.
